Produced by Tim Powell, formerly of Xenomania, the snippet certainly seems have the trademark bounce and swagger that once made the production house so prominent.
Lyrically, the chorus of the song at least seems to infer that "Together" falls into the same category as "Miracles," (i.e. one of the two then-new singles on Pet Shop Boys' last greatest hits collection, PopArt)—that type of uplifting dance-pop jam that extols the virtues of the singer's loved one.
But overall, it's only 30 seconds we really get to hear—though what a good 30 seconds—so further analysis will have to wait for the time being.
