Adam Lambert Roots for Crystal Bowersox to Win American Idol 2010

Although Adam Lambert failed his bid in American Idol last year, he simply can't hide rooting for Crystal Bowersox to win American Idol Season 9. Landing in the American Idol Top 3, Crystal is joined in by Casey James and Lee Dewyze

Although Crystal Bowersox faces formidable challenge over her two male co-contestants, Adam Lambert is confident that she'll rise above the occasion. He said in the KIIS Wango Tango concert that Crystal is "great" and he loves "her anti-establishment attitude". The American Idol 2010 winner will be revealed on May 26.

It's Elvis Presley week in American Idol April 13 for the Top 9 finalists. And Adam Lambert is standing as the mentor for them. Adam pointed out that Elvis was a good performer so he wanted to make constructive criticisms on their showmanship. Crystal Bowersox delivered "Saved" as what we expect - she's always consistent.

There's something new about Crystal Bowersox this R&B week. She's doing the classic Gladys Knight song "Midnight Train to Georgia". Crystal is wearing a stiletto and playing the piano. It's the same old Crystal Bowersox on stage - nailing the song and keeping the audience in awe of her amazing voice.

Crystal Bowersox is singing her version of "Bobby McGee" by Janis Joplin. Miley praised her vocals. The song was a perfect fit for Crystal. She's showing that she's a frontrunner in this competition.

Randy exclaimed that's its "the way to be a star". Ellen found nothing wrong about that performance but wants more personality and connection to the audience. Kara felt that she did more and wanted to see her put down the guitar for once - "to let go completely". Simon wants her to change nothing - she nailed the song. Crystal Bowersox definitely deserves that pimp spot tonight in the American Idol Top 12 March 16. Crystal sang "You Can't Always Get What You Want". Yes, that Glee song you heard in their finale episode.

However, Randy felt that it wasn't her best performance but he loved it anyway. Ellen Degeneres says that she's now seeing her personality now. Kara said that tonight she saw that Crystal is now comfortable on stage. Simon Cowell came out tonight as the 100 percent the favorite. He thought that Crystal was clearly beaten by Siobhan Magnus.
