Hurts & Suede At Coachella

Two reasons I'm ticked off about missing Coachella this year: Hurts and Suede, who performed at the California desert fest on Friday and Saturday, respectively. Oh, well—I've actually missed Coachella every year, come to think of it.

Suede Playing Coachella!

Just when I'd put a cap on my concert-going (for at least the first half of the year) after spending a small fortune on tickets for Robyn, Lady Gaga, Cut Copy, Kylie Minogue, Take That, along comes the announcement of the Coachella lineup—which includes Suede.

Fucking Suede! Of course, it's Suede sans the brilliant Bernard Butler, who left the Britpop band in 1994. But still—Suede.




Some other folks are playing Coachella, which goes down the weekend of April 15, this year. People like Kanye West, Robyn, Kings Of Leon, Duran Duran, Arcade Fire...

But, really—Suede.
